The first company, ISOTHERMIC SWISS, was set up in 1958 by Carlo Blumer and Pierluigi Guazzoni, two friends who decided to share their human and professional experience as engineers. Their common aim was to manufacture and sell high quality technical devices. In the early 60s, in order to answer to the growing market demand of high precision instruments, the company became the Italian sole agent of major foreign firms. This way, a large commercial network started developing.

Always aiming at being quicker, more flexible and precise when answering its customers, in the year 2000 two new companies were established from the previous Gruppo Isoil organization: ISOIL IMPIANTI and ISOIL INDUSTRIA.
