2100 Angle Seat Valve

The construction of the 2100 angle-seat valve fulfils tough criteria for process environments. Unrivalled cycle life and sealing integrity is guaranteed by the proven self adjusting packing gland. The design enables the easy integration of automation modules whether they are electrical/ optical position feedback, pneumatic control
units, an integrated fi eldbus interface or even an explosion proof feedback. The fully integrated system has a compact and smooth design, integrated pneumatic lines, IP65/67/NEMA4X protection class and superior chemical resistance.

3/2 Way Globe Valve

The pneumatically operated 3/2-way valve is operated with a piston actuator. The standard actuator material is PA. For high ambient temperatures (eg external sterilization) PPS is available on request for temperatures up to 140º. High fl ow rates are attained with the gunmetal 3-way body. The reliable self-adjusting packing gland provides high sealing integrity. Various fl uidic circuit functions can be obtained by a simple exchange of the pressure and service ports. These maintenance-free and robust valves can be retro-fi tted with a comprehensive range of accessories for position indication or manual override.

2/2 Way Globe Valve

The externally piloted globe valve consists of a pneumatically operated piston actuator and a 2/2-way valve body. The actuator is made of PA or, for special operating conditions, PPS. The reliable self-adjusting packing gland provides high sealing integrity. These maintenancefree and robust valves can be retro-fitted with a comprehensive range of accessories for position indication, stroke limitation or manual override.

2/2 Way Diaphragm Valve

The externally piloted diaphragm valve consists of a pneumatically operated piston actuator, a diaphragm and a 2–way valve housing made of forged stainless steel. The standard material of the actuator is PPS. With its favourable flow characteristics and zero dead volume, the valve housing enables high flow capacities and a variety of applications to be realized.

Electro-pneumatic Diaphragm Valve (On/Off & Continuous)

The externally piloted diaphragm valve Type 2103 consists of a pneumatically operated piston actuator, a diaphragm and a 2-way valve housing made of cast stainless steel. The highquality actuator with a stainless steel cover is designed for usage in hygienic or aggressive environments. The fl ow optimised and zero dead volume valve body makes high fl ow rates possible and a variety of applications to be realised. The design enables the easy integration of automation modules whether they are electrical/ optical position feedback, pneumatic control units, an integrated fi eldbus interface or even an explosion proof feedback.

Manually Operated Diaphragm Valve

The 3233 manually-operated diaphragm valve in compact form consists of a fl ow-optimised cast stainless steel body with various surface fi nishes, a diaphragm and a manual actuator. The material combinations are selectable. The diaphragm is both a switch element and a sealing element to the outside. It can be easily replaced. The fl ow can be continually adjusted with the manually actuator. The valves have no dead volume and can be mounted to be self-draining. This enables high flow capacities and a variety of applications to be realized. The valves are autoclavable.
