Aniosterase SV / CIP

ANIOSTERASE is a series of enzymatic cleaners, developed to remove biofilm within food processing. ANIOSTERASE CIP for CIP systems and ANIOSTERASE SV for open surface cleaning, are normally used weekly when biofilm presence has been detected or based on a preventive treatment program custom made for each application. The ANIOSTERASE range of products are based on a selection of natural enzymes (proteas, amylas, lipas) which efficiently removes the biofilm by breaking down proteins polysaccharides and fat exposing the micro-organisms to the following disinfectant, leaving a clean, disinfected surface. The products are neutral/low alkaline, non toxic and biodegradable cleaners to be diluted in potable water (1-3%) and used at low temperatures (20-40°C).
