Zone 1 EEx e CTB Control Station
The CTB control stations feature 316L stainless steel enclosure. The material is saltspray tested for 1000 hours and the surface has been ultrasonic degreased and passivated. Mild steel pregalvanised and painted also available upon request. Design options include various sizes of enclosure, switches, lamps, illuminated buttons, measuring instruments, terminals and sockets. Additional options include tag identification plates, gland plates (1, 2, 3 and 4), stopping plugs and drain breather valves.
Type E1FW Tri-Star Flameproof Ex d, Increased Safety Ex e and Restricted Breathing Ex nR Cable Gland
The GRD 4200 electronic equipment provides earthing for tanker lorries during loading and unloading operations, for flammable liquids in places where there is a danger of an explosion. Functioning is based on reading the parameter to guarantee the earthing connection and to control the pump during loading and unloading. Options and accessories include alternative threads, alternative voltages, IP66 kit, anti-condensation coating and drain and breather valve.
