Ex d - PY Sockets

The PY series sockets, complete with interlocked disconnection switch, can be used in a ll environments which have a potentially explosive atmosphere. For use with the SPY plug, these sockets can also be used with other European type sockets which comply with the CEE 17 standard. The sockets are made from a copper free aluminium baody and cover with a plug and chain to prevent loss. They are finished with an RAL 7035 epoxy coating. Other types of thread are available upon request.

Ex d - SPY Plugs (for PY Sockets)

The SPY series plugs, suitable for use with PY sockets, can also be used with other European type sockets which comply with the CEE 17 standard. The plugs are made from a copper free aluminium alloy body PVC ring and are coated with RAL 7035 epoxy. They come with stainless steel screws and nickel plated brass pins.

Ex d - AP Plugs

The AP 125A, three or four pole Plugs power equipment by inserting the plug and rotating it through 45 degrees which acts on the internal switch, avoiding the formation of arcs between cavities and pins. Compatible with EPC - EPRC sockets. They are constructed from a copper free aluminium alloy and coated with RAL 7035 epoxy. They have nickel plated brass pins.
