Phocus 2 - Intelligent acoustic leak detection system

Phocus2 is an acoustic data logger system designed for widespread use in detecting and localising leakage on water distribution systems. Large areas may be rapidly assessed. Phocus2 is a 'smart' logger which can automatically determine the presence of a leak. This enables use in either survey mode or allows for permanent installation. This logger gives visual indication of leakage or can be used with sophisticated software to produce graphical and tabular results. Acoustic logging is a cost effective method of reducing leakage to very low levels. Phocus2 allows water companies to 'focus' resources in the fight against leakage.

Phocus. sms -Leak detection logger with remote alarm via SMS

Phocus.sms is an acoustic logger with a remote alarm facility to host PC or to a mobile phone. It is designed for use in detecting and localizing leakage on water distribution systems. Phocus.sms automatically determines the presence of a leak. It also gives visual indication of the leak noise strength and a leakage confidence factor. The focus sms features Instant alarms - reduces time the leak 'runs', three sample periods overnight separates genuine use from leakage so reducing the incidence of false alarms, uses Phocus noise algorithm to reduce incidence of undetected leaks, regular 'health check' reports, no 'drive-by' required reduces operational costs and on-site indication of leakage.

Enigma - Multi-point correlation system for leak location

Enigma® is a state-of-the-art digital correlation logging system for determining the location of leaks in buried water pipes. Enigma combines noise logging and noise correlation into one operation to provide improved operational efficiency. Enigma loggers are deployed at multiple positions, typically on valves or hydrants, during normal working hours. They maybe programmed for either daytime or night-time operation. The loggers record the actual leak sound. When retrieved the leak sound is transferred to the host software where it is processed to display all leak positions between loggers. Programming and data readback utilises optical and USB communications to ensure rapid operation.
