Pressure and level transmitter PASCAL LEVEL

The pressure and level transmitter PASCAL Level, type series Ci 1200., has been specially designed for pressure measurement with diaphragm seals. The extremely reduced temperature error allows the use of diaphragm seals with minimum nominal sizes (even with negligible vessel contents). With the help of parameterizatin table functions, the output signal can be adapted to suit the geometrical shape of the vessel. Zero-point and span settings can be easily checked and adjusted under all process conditions - thus avoiding costly calibration on a test bench. The transmitter uses the HART protocol to communicate with a PC/laptop running Windows. The application programs COMLINE.HART (LABOM), PDM (Siemens) and AMS (Emerson/Rosemount) are available to you. And, PASCAL Level is supported by the hand-held unit communicator 275 (Emerson/Rosemount). This means that you can adjust/call up all functions from anywhere in the signal circuit. More informations see data sheet D4-015/E1. The pressure transmitter PASCAL Level is ideally suited for level measurements in food/pharmaceutical/bioengineering, chemical/petrochemical and in general process engineering.

PASCAL CV LEVEL hydrostatic level measurement temperature compensation by LTC membrane technology

Continuous hydrostatic level measurement in fluids is the one of the most important and widely used principles of measurement involving diaphragm seals. The new generation of membrane technology significantly reduces the process temperature error of these systems. The process temperature error in applications with temperature changes is reduced up to 0.1 mbar / 10 K by the new low temperature coefficient (LTC) membrane irrespective of the rated pressure range of the transmitter.
