SEM 1300 Din Mounted Power Supply The SEM1300 is a DIN Rail mounted power supply that provides a regulated 24V DC output @ 250 mA from an AC supply ranging from (90 to 253) VAC (50 to 60) Hz. Ideally suited to powering 24 V process instrumentation and signal conditioning modules, the small size of the SEM1300 now enables many more units to be installed in a smaller space than was previously possible. The high efficiency of the SEM1300 power supply and its very cool running operation ensures a lower ambient temperature rise and hence improved reliability. MED 2911 Din Rail Power Supply The MED 2911 is a high performance switch mode power supply which is very small and compact for the power it delivers and which complements our range of DIN rail transmitters and Medacs signal conditioning units. It connects to the mains supply and provides an isolated 24 VDC supply @ 1A. Key features include universal supply voltage with UL, CE and CSA approval, isolated to 3 kV and rail mounted to DIN 43 880. SEM 213P Din Rail Thermocouple Transmitter The SEM213/TC is a cost effective “smart” DIN rail mount transmitter that accepts thermocouple temperature sensors and converts sensor output over a configured range to a standard industrial (4 to 20) mA transmission signal. A simple push button operation allows the user to select TC type, Burnout direction, Select fixed ranges and trim 4 and 20 mA points. The SEM213TC transmitter incorporates the latest digital technology to ensure accurate drift free performance. If required the desired range can be specified at the time of order, removing the need for user configuration. If the range is not specified then the transmitter will be supplied at the default range of (0 to 1000) °C type K. SEM 1620 USB Programmable Universal Input Din Rail Voltage Transmitter The SEM1620 is a DIN rail mounted temperature amplifier from Status Instruments. It has been designed to accept most common process and temperature sensor inputs and provide the user with a three wire voltage output signal. Isolation is provided between input and output and all temperature ranges are linear to temperature. Designed for ease of use, our USB interface is fitted for quick and easy configuration. Just connect a standard USB cable between the SEM1620 and your PC and you’re ready to go. Using our free configuration software, your PC will automatically read the current configuration data and guide you through any changes you wish to make. To further help save time, the SEM1620 does not need to be wired to a power supply during the configuration process, it is powered via the USB interface from your PC. Staus Signal Conditioner Range The MEDACS Series II is a totally new concept in DIN rail signal conditioning and consists of a family of DIN rail modules, each one having a high degree of functionality and configurability via a RS485 MODBUS serial communications interface. They accept a single or dual channel frequency input and produce an isolated (4 to 20) mA re-transmission signal, a single changeover trip relay, twin normally open relays or various combinations. For high density systems, dual channel versions are available or for systems that require more local input, single channel versions with an in-built keypad and digital display are available where functions can be accessed via the front panel keys. Each unit comes complete with a RS485 serial communications port which enables the devices to be integrated into a complete process control system. Unit wiring is simplified and speeded up by using the integral 'bus jumper' system provided with each unit which removes the need for complicated and expensive back plane wiring as it connects comms and power to each device. The functionality is further enhanced by our Transfer Function Module Library (TFML) software option which enables MEDACS to perform maths functions between inputs and outputs. These can be PID Control, tank linearisation curves, signal accumulators, max and min data logging etc. All the TFML’s published on our web site can be downloaded free of charge. Alternatively, for a small fee, we can write custom functions to match your specific application. |
