Type 2030 2/2-way Diaphragm Valve with plastic body, pneumatically operated, DN 15-100 Pilot controlled diaphragm valve with piston actuator and diaphragm seal. As standard, actuator from PA. The flow optimised and zero dead volume valve body makes high flow rates possible. Key features include usage with applications with aggressive media, flow-optimised body with zero dead volume, self-draining installation possible and removable radial true union spigot and flange connections. Type 2032 Zero Deadleg T Valve, pneumatically operated, stainless steel block material The Burkert Zero Deadleg T Valve system is designed for control of ultra pure, sterile, aggressive or abrasive fl uids. Enables especially optimal sampling, draining or diverting of critical process fl uids. The valve body is machined from a single piece of block material (monoblock – no weld seam). The high quality diaphragms separate hermetically critical fl uids from the actuator. The pneumatic actuator can be controlled by pneumatic pilot valves (single pilot valves, valve islands and control heads). Control function A, normally closed by spring return. Type 2033 Tank Bottom Valve, pneumatically operated The Bürkert Tank Bottom Valve system is designed for control of ultra pure, sterile, aggressive or abrasive fl uids. Enables especially optimal fi lling and emptying vessels with less dead leg. The valve body consists of a block with no weld seam, machined out of high quality stainless steel. The Tank Bottom Valve has two welding bevels to ease the welding and valve positioning operations. The high quality diaphragms separate hermetically critical fl uids from the actuator. The pneumatic actuator can be controlled by pneumatic pilot valves (single pilot valves, valve islands and control heads). Control function A, normally closed by spring return. Type 2034 Tandem valve, welded valve confi guration The Bürkert welded valve confi gurations for SAP (sterile access port) and GMP (good manufacturing practice) are designed for the control of ultrapure, sterile, aggressive or abrasive fl uids. The confi gurations are made from two separate forged valve bodies and fall into industry standard patterns. They are welded to be fully drainable and can be operated by either a pneumatic actuator or a manual handwheel. The user can choose the required confi guration in two separated specifi cation keys. The first details the geometry, body and diaphragm materials while the second specifi es body sizes, end connections, operator and surface finishes. Available accessories include Positioner/PID controllers, stroke limiters, electrical feedback, three-position actuators or pneumatic pilot valves. Type 2730 2/2-way Diaphragm Control Valve, plastic body, pneumatically operated, DN 15-100 The diaphragm control valve Type 2730 consists of a pneumatically operated piston actuator, a diaphragm and a 2-way valve housing made of plastic. The actuator has been designed so that the stroke can be continuously changed. This makes a favourable characteristic possible for the continuous change of the flow. Type 2730 can be actuated by the TopControl Continuous Type 8630 or SideControl Type 1067 or Type 8635 forming a mechanical and functional unit and thus offering a complete control valve system. Using this control valve, continuous regulation tasks for fl uids can be solved. Type 3230 2/2-way Diaphragm Valve with plastic body, pneumatically operated, DN 12 and 15 2/2-way plastic diaphragm valve, pilot operated with pneumatic actuator and spring return. Used for polluted medium in process and water technology. Special features (as standard) include stroke limitation, optical position indicator, simple conversion of the control function and handling of polluted medium. Type 3232 2/2-way Diaphragm Valve with plastic body, manually operated, DN 15-50 Manually-operated diaphragm valves in compact model consisting of plastic bodies, diaphragm seal, PPS bonnet and PPS handwheel. The diaphragm is both a switching element and a seal element towards the outside, and is easily replaced. The fl ow can be continually adjusted with the handwheel. The valves have no dead volume and can be mounted to be self-draining. Type 2035 Robolux Multiway Multiport Diaphragm Valve, standard product range This Multiway-Multiport Diaphragm Valve system is designed for control of ultra pure, sterile, aseptic and steam/CIP fl uid paths. It enables optimal sampling, draining or diverting of critical process fluids. The valve range is based on the patented Robolux technology, where two seats are placed under one diaphragm. This design eliminates dead legs and will minimize the fl ow system volume. The valve body is machined from a single piece of bar stock stainless steel. The high quality diaphragms are available in several different USP VI approved materials. The valve is operated with compressed air. All valves will be delivered with 3.1 certificate, manufacturer's declaration for membrans, installation drawing and manual delivred. |
