Type 0262 2/2-Way Valve, Air Operated

This externally piloted 2/2 valve is available in normally-open and normally-closed functions. G 3/8, G 1/2, G 3/4, G 1 In circuit function A, it is closed by spring action when depressurised. It opens if a control pressure is applied. In circuit function B, normally open, the functioning principle is reversed.

Type 2002 3/2-way Seat Valve, for media up to +180°C, DN13-50

The pneumatically operated 3/2-way valve is operated with a piston actuator. The standard actuator material is PA. For high ambient temperatures (eg external sterilization) PPS is available on request for temperatures up to 140º. High fl ow rates are attained with the gunmetal 3-way body. The reliable self-adjusting packing gland provides high sealing integrity. Various fluidic circuit functions can be obtained by a simple exchange of the pressure and service ports. These maintenance-free and robust valves can be retro-fi tted with a comprehensive range of accessories for position indication or manual override.

Type 2012 2/2-way Globe Valve for media up to +180 °C, DN 10-100

The externally piloted globe valve consists of a pneumatically operated piston actuator and a 2/2-way valve body. The actuator is made of PA or, for special operating conditions, PPS. The reliable self-adjusting packing gland provides high sealing integrity. These maintenancefree and robust valves can be retro-fitted with a comprehensive range of accessories for position indication, stroke limitation or manual override.

Type 2101 2/2-way-Globe Valve with stainless steel design for media up to +180ºC, DN 13-50

In line with Bürkert’s philosophy for modular valves and sensors the construction of the 2101 globe valve fulfi ls tough criteria for process environments. Unrivalled cycle life and sealing integrity is guaranteed by the proven self adjusting packing gland. The design enables the easy integration of automation modules whether they are electrical/optical position feedback, pneumatic control units, an integrated fi eldbus interface or even an explosion proof feedback. The fully integrated system has a compact and smooth design, integrated pneumatic lines, IP65/67/NEMA4X protection class and superior chemical resistance.

Type 2301 2/2-way Globe Control Valve with stainless steel design for media up to +180ºC, DN 13-50

In line with Bürkert’s philosophy for modular valves and sensors the construction of the 2301 globe valve fulfi ls tough criteria for process environments. Unrivalled cycle life and sealing integrity is guaranteed by the proven self adjusting packing gland. Each globe valve body can be fi tted with three to fi ve sizes of trim sets. These parabolic trims pro-vide a reliable and repeatable characteristic to vary the fl ow. The control cones are available in either stainless steel or with a durable PTFE seal for tight shut-off. The design enables the easy integration of automation modules whether they are digital electropneumatic positioner or process controller. The fully integrated system has a compact and smooth design, integrated pneumatic lines, IP65/67/NEMA4X protection class and superior chemical resistance.

Type 2712 2/2–way Globe Control Valve, flange connection, 1/2" – 4"

The 2712 system has been specifi cally engineered for reliable control in applications where control accuracy is paramount. The 2712 is made from an all stainless steel valve body combined with Burkert’s new generation universal pneumatic actuator. Each globe valve body can be fi tted with three to five sizes of trim sets. These parabolic trims provide a reliable and repeatable characteristic to vary the flow. The control cones are available in either stainless steel or with a durable PTFE seal for tight shut-off. When actuated by the 1067/8635 SideControls or the 8630 TopControl it forms a unique control valve system which can be operated as either a simple accurate positioner or an autotune PID process controller for flow, temperature or pressure.

Type 8750 Flow Controller, flow control system for gases

The 8750 Flow Controller serves to measure and control volumetric flow rate on the differential pressure principle. It consists of a 2712 control valve with an 8630 TopControl, two 8323 pressure transmitters and an optional 8400 temperature transmitter. The overall precision is ±3% of full scale. These components together form a module. The sensors are integrated into the spool piece. To cover a wide variety of control applications, a broad spectrum of nominal diameters and seat combinations are available. The valve trims may be exchanged as required. Regarding the inlet to the device, EN ISO 5167-1 must be observed during assembly of the module. The outlet dimensions are already included in the system.
