Ozonia Lab 2B Ozone Generator The LAB2B ozone generator is a small air-cooled unit specifically designed for bench use incorporating function indicators, feed gas flowmeter and variable output control. Output variation is manually adjustable using a control knob mounted on the front panel. Operating on various feed gases such as dried air or oxygen the LAB2B is capable of producing concentrations up to 10% volume. Ozone is produced when dry air or oxygen gas is passed over the ceramic dielectric of an ozone generating module. The module is powered by a high voltage/high frequency power board. The electronic power board is designed for either intermittent or continuous operation. The ceramic dielectric is housed within a finned heat sink block which is air cooled by fan assisted atmospheric air. TOGC2 Ozone Generator The TOGC2 ozone generator is a small, wall-mountable, air-cooled unit specifically designed for industrial use. The system incorporates function indicators, feed gas flowmeter and variable output control. Output variation is manually adjustable using a control knob mounted on the underside of the panel. Operating on various feed gases such as dried air or oxygen the TOGC2 is capable of producing up to 10 g/h. Ozone is produced when air or oxygen gas is passed over the ceramic dielectric of an ozone generating module. The module is powered by a high voltage/high frequency power board. A variable module power supply enables electronic control of the ozone production rate using the control knob. The electronic power board is designed for continuous operation, with the added safety feature of ‘fold back’ short circuit protection. The ceramic dielectric is housed within a finned heat sink block which is air cooled by fan assisted atmospheric air. TOGC 8X & 13X Ozone Generators The TOGC8X and 13X ozone generators are wall-mountable, air-cooled units specifically designed for industrial use. The system incorporates function indicators, feed gas flowmeter, oxygen concentrator and variable output control. The unit incorporates a compressor driven oxygen concentrator with automatically regenerated desiccant columns and all necessary flow control equipment. Ozone is produced when oxygen gas is passed over the ceramic dielectric of an ozone generating module. The module is powered by a high voltage/high frequency power board. A variable module power supply enables electronic control of the ozone production rate using the control knob located on the front of the enclosure or by a 4 - 20 mA external signal. The electronic power board is designed for continuous operation, with the added safety feature of ‘fold back’ short circuit protection. The ceramic dielectric is housed within a finned heat sink block which is air cooled by fan assisted atmospheric air. Membrel Mk III Electrolytic Ozone Generator The MEMBREL® electrolytic process is a unique technology which produces ozone from water instead of gaseous air or oxygen. The feed water, taken from the main UPW loop, enters the anode chamber of the cell where it is dissociated into its two elements at the contact surface between the anode and the electrochemically stable membrane. The hydrogen proton travels through the membrane and is reduced to hydrogen gas on the cathode side after which it is vented to atmosphere. On the anode side a portion of the liberated oxygen is converted into ozone which is quickly absorbed by the feed water. The water/oxygen/ozone mixture leaving the cell is reintroduced to the main body of water circulating in the loop. OZAT CFS Range Ozone Generators The CFS range is degrémont Technologies’ second generation development of generators for small to medium sized ozone applications. The design is based on feedback from hundreds of operators and includes the latest technology to ensure continuous operation at fullload in industrial environments. An OZAT® CFS unit is made-up from the ozone generator part, the power supply for the high voltage medium frequency supply to the generator, control system, process related control equipment and interconnections. The control system ensures flexible operation and allows integration into all types of plant concepts. OZAT CFV Series (Air Fed or Oxygen Fed) Ozone Generators The CFV range is Degrémont Technologies’ latest development of generators for medium-sized ozone applications. The design is based on feedback from hundreds of operators and includes the latest technology to ensure continuous operation at full-load in industrial environments. A feature of the larger units is the fused dielectric tubes which makes them particularly suitable for remote service in drinking water plants. An OZAT® CFV unit is integrated from the ozone generator, the power supply for the high voltage medium frequency supply to the generator, PLC control, process related control equipment and skid interconnections. The PLC system and optional bus ensures flexible operation and allows integration into all types of plant concepts. Ozonia XF Series Vessels The XF™ range of ozone generators is Degrémont Technologies’ latest development that will set new standards for ozone production world-wide. Not only has the Degrémont Technologies’ research team established a new calculation basis for the vessel design they have also developed a completely new dielectric technology that will replace the phenomenally successful “AT (advanced Technology)™” in the larger bespoke units. The new patented technology, which is being marketed under the trademark “IGS (Intelligent Gap System)™”, takes ozone generation to levels never thought possible. This technological breakthrough, in conjunction with Degrémont Technologies’ new MODIPAC™ power supply unit, removes the last commercial barriers which prevented ozone being the first automatic choice for all applications. OZFIL Treatment Systems In order to treat drinking water efficiently certain process criteria have to be met: A given amount of ozone must be introduced to the process water and, after introduction, there must be sufficient residence time in order to give the ozone time to work. The OZFIL™ product incorporates all of the components required to produce and dose ozone to the process water: air dryer for the feed gas preparation; OZAT® ozone generator; motive water pump and injector system; stainless steel contact chamber for a residence time of at least four minutes; automatic degassing valve with vent ozone destruct unit; residual ozone analyser; flow meter; circulation bypass; control system and all skid interconnections. |
