The UV radiation of the sun cleans odours and microorganisms from the air on earth and UV-Tech do the same. Their air cleaner ZERO+ is, of course, a smaller source of UV radiation but, nevertheless, it reduces odours and microorganisms in the air effectively. Restaurants are subject to high costs for cleaning grease from ventilation ductwork. ZERO+ cleans the air effectively and consequently there are no grease deposits in the ductwork so costs for cleaning and maintenance will decrease notably. Using a ZERO+ system you can also recycle the cooking heat. Since the hot air is free of grease it is possibile to install a heat exchanger.
