The air purifying cassettes of the ZERO System were developed for commercial kitchens. The installation of UV cassettes in an existing or new extractor hood/canopy eliminates airborne odours and grease. It also enables recycling of the heat in the ventilation air. The cassettes can be installed in the ductwork or in the cooker hood.
